Izmir Coffee Festival

As always, I was late for the opening hour of the event. So we decided to have a great breakfast at Tuzu Biberi. Then we headed to Izmir Arena where coffee festival is hold. Of course we thought there will be good stuff but I will tell you from the beginning; it was a great festival!

Her zamanki gibi etkinligin açılıs saatine geç kaldım. Bu yüzden Tuzu Biberi'nde güzel bir kahvaltı yapmaya karar verdik. Sonra da Izmir Arena'ya , kahve festivaline,dogru yola koyulduk. Tabii ki etkinlikte iyi seyler olacagını düsünmüstük ama bastan söylüyorum; harika bir festivaldi!

The place was crowded and there were lots of coffee spots which I didn't ever hear but great places. So I thank coffee festival for introducing these spots to me. I guess this was the main point of the festival.

Icerisi kalabalıktı ve bir sürü duymadıgım ama harika kahve mekanları vardı. Bu mekanları bana tanıttıgı için kahve festivaline tesekkür ediyorum. Sanırım bu da festivalin temel amacıydı.

There were so many seminars and workshops about coffee(though because we were late, we couldn't participate any of them.) but still we learnt so much things by only talking people and being there.

Kahve hakkında bir sürü seminer ve atölye vardı(gerçi geç kaldıgımız için katılamadık.) ama yine de sadece oradaki insanlarla konusarak ve orada bulunarak bir sürü sey ögrendik.

The festival was about coffee but they think every little thing that can make festival alive and

entertaining for everyone. At the entrance of the coffee testing area, there was a human statue. There were lots of food options. There was a great photo and painting exhibition at the entresol. Most beautiful part was; the dance show (Crystal Dance Academy) at the noon and the concert (1900 Orchestra) at the evening.

Festival kahveyle ilgiliydi ama festivali canlı tutacak ve herkes için eglenceli hale getirecek her kücük detayı düsünmüsler. Kahve test alanının girisinde canlı heykel vardı. Bir sürü yemek secenegi vardı. Asma katta harika bir fotograf ve resim sergisi vardı. En iyi kısmı ise; öglenki dans gösterisi (Crystal Dance Academy) ve aksamki konserdi(1900 Orchestra).

There were different kinds of coffee; Turkish coffee, coffee syrups, different coffee beans . I've tested so many great coffee but I'm gonna just mention the places I love the most.

Çok farklı çesit kahve vardı; Türk kahvesi, kahve surupları, farklı kahve çekirdekleri. Bir sürü harika kahve denedim ama sadece en begendim yerlerden özel olarak bahsedecgim.

3. Fo Food Products. I tried their coffee syrup, I can't remember which one exactly, but it was beautiful and refreshing.

2. Manivela Coffee Truck. The concept of the truck is amazing and it is well decorated. I drank iced latte which was pretty good and I still keep the coup of it to use it again.

1. Roast and Found. I tested Kenyan coffee and Costa Rican coffee, in fact they let me make Costa Rican coffee. It was a spectacular experience for me. People were very nice and coffee was great. I can't wait to go to the actual place which is in Bostanlı, Izmir.
